Really efficient check in process, which I appreciated after a long flight. The lady on reception was welcoming, and kindly gave me a little welcome snack to take upstairs. I also was given a complimentary upgrade. The room was very big, and nicely decorated, with a big desk etc. The storage area, although not huge, was perfectly fine for me and included lots of useful amenities, including slippers and gowns. All very clean. The lady on the door to breakfast - which I hadn't booked - was really helpful. I have multiple allergies, which she understood, and took me to show me what was on offer and checked I was happy to have breakfast before I sat down. She was friendly and took the time to chat to me about what I had planned for the day. Travelling with allergies can be tricky so I really appreciated her taking the time to help, and the fact the hotel had accommodated for gluten free, dairy free etc. Bag storage is available, and after a day of sightseeing, the hotel allowed me to use the shower facilities of the gym ahead of leaving for the airport. The hospitality at the hotel was great - when I handed my bags over to be stored, one of the receptionists saw that I was holding a coat - she left the desk and returned to give me a tote bag to protect my coat and keep it clean. Great location, along the main shopping area, and quite close to the MRT station too.

Upon arrival, Ms. YZ greeted me with a sweet smile (alas not a given in Singapore!), expressed enthusiasm for her job and much initiative. She noted that it was my birthday, and immediately upgraded me to a room with Club privileges, offered me complimentary breakfast, cake and cookies. Upon checking into my room, I received a text reiterating her welcome on behalf of the hotel, as well as providing me with a number to contact should I be in need of anything else. I had booked a room for the night, only because the hotel I was staying at for the rest of my stay did not have a room available then. Especially because of the excellent service provided, it made it hard to leave and provided a benchmark as to how other hotels in the area, will now inevitably be measured against.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Breakfast...like a banquet...everything you wanted....delicious. The location was great, taxis hop on/off buses. A short walk to all shops, cafes. There is a pool on the 24th floor, plenty of towels and sun beds. So sad to leave. Vacate room at noon. Depending on time of transport, book extra time in room.

The property was excellent it had all the amenities locally and was perfectly situated for for subway/tube/MRT. The staff were fabulous, always offering to help where they can and added to our trip immensely. I have to say the bed was THE BEST BED we’ve slept in absolutely amazing you will get the best night sleep. We travel often and would 100% recommend staying here.
